Twice Annual Squads
Squads have helped members navigate challenges like:
  • How to get credit for ideas in a male-dominated workplace
  • How to strike a balance between career ambitions and personal well-being
  • How to decide between different (yet viable) career path
 
Our team will match you with 5-8 members for nine weeks, who will help you cultivate the confidence (and nerve) you need to make thoughtful decisions in your career. 
 
We believe the more confident and capable you feel, the better the outcomes in your career and beyond.
